As an individual, you can choose and participate in one or more courses from our Bachelor's degree programmes during the lecture period.
Summer semester 2024
The lecture period for the summer semester has begun. A selection of courses is open. In the first and last two weeks of the lecture period, details of the programme and examinations will be discussed in the courses. As this content is not very meaningful for visitors, it is not possible to participate during this time. The courses are therefore open for attendance until 21 June 2024.
Please note:
- No registration is required in advance.
- Please inform the lecturer of your visit before the start of the course.
- Unfortunately, we cannot inform you on a daily basis whether all courses will take place. Cancellations are always possible.

Teacher Education
Teacher Education - all combined
The teacher training programme consists of several parts.
Teaching and Learning, the degree programme for primary and secondary school teaching is possible in the following areas:
- Professionalisation area (pedagogy/psychology/didactics)
- various teaching subjects
For social pedagogy, the vocational school teaching qualification, there are three parts
- vocational specialisation (social pedagogy)
- professionalisation area
- various teaching subjects
As many of the modules in the teaching subjects are offered for both study programmes, we have combined them in one document.
Please note: All classes are taught in German.
Attending courses at a university is an important element in choosing a Bachelor's programme. This makes it possible to get a direct insight into everyday study life and the possible subjects and combinations. For this purpose, Leuphana University of Lüneburg offers you, as a school class/year group or as an individual interested in studying, the possibility of taster study. From the currently running courses of the different Bachelor programmes, the Student Advisory Service College compiles an overview of courses that you can attend within the framework of the taster study.

Seminars
Seminars serve to deepen knowledge of selected topics. Students are given topics to work on independently and for example give a presentation on them.
