Leuphana University Lüneburg's 'Digital Learning & Development' further education course is aimed at those responsible for personnel development in companies and other organizations who want to drive digitalization in their field of work and exploit the associated potential. After a successful first round, the certificate program will start for the second time in October 2024. Interested parties will be offered various information opportunities in advance.

The certificate course consists of six online modules that cover a range of topics from strategic issues to the technical dimension of digital learning and the potential and limitations of using AI through to the design and implementation of specific digital training measures.
