Vita

Franziska Brack is a doctoral research fellow and scholarship holder at the Centre for Sustainability Management (CSM). Her research focuses on the interdisciplinary field of organisational psychology and sustainability. Her current research explores pro-environmental behavioural change interventions in the workplace, investigating strategies to foster sustainable practices in organisational settings. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Psychology from Cologne Business School, a Master’s degree in Organisational Psychology and Human Resource Management from ISM Frankfurt, and a Master’s degree in Politics, Philosophy, and Management from Lancaster University (UK), with international experience gained while living in China, Argentina, and Chile.
