How did your studies prepare you for your current job?

In the area of the Professional School, it was especially helpful to discuss the problems and solutions of experienced fellow students and to apply them to my own areas.

What are the advantages of studying at Leuphana?

The fact that the lectures take place on Friday evenings and Saturdays at the Professional School made it possible for me to continue working full-time. The good organization, competent professors, and guest lecturers, as well as the superbly prepared learning materials, have made studying at Leuphana a well-rounded experience for me.

To whom would you recommend studying at Leuphana?

I would recommend the MBA Manufacturing Management part-time program to anyone who wants to develop professionally under excellent conditions and who doesn't want to stop at the top of the career ladder.

What experience can I bring to the table as an alumni angel?

I benefited a lot from the support of my superiors and in the first few years I laughed and dismissed some things that I now see as important success factors.
