Extra consultation hours in January
Leuphana students can apply for a change of teaching subject, major or minor by 15 January. If you have any questions, we offer further open counselling sessions:
Wednesday, 8 January, 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. - Campus
Thursday, 9 January, 4 - 6 p.m. - Zoom
Friday, 10 January, 10 a.m. - 12 p.m. - Campus
Tuesday, 14 January, 10 a.m. -12 p.m. - Campus

If you have any doubts but are still unsure, the following information event is a good option.
We can also use the lecture-free period and the coming summer semester for longer individual consultations.

Perhaps you know the feeling when something doesn't go right straight away during your studies? You are not alone! 
Study doubts are ‘normal’ and something that is part of studying. On 23 January 2025, experienced student advisors from universities in Lower Saxony will provide live information and be available online to answer your questions.
The event is free of charge and registration is not necessary. Simply stop by online and live from 3.00 p.m. at www.studieren-in-niedersachsen.de/staytuned!

Save the Date: UniTalk in english for international applicants
Especially for prospective students of our English-language study programmes, we are organising a longer information event ‘UniTalk’ on 28 January 2025 at 5.00 p.m. We will explain the application process and give helpful tips on studying in Germany. The event will take place via Zoom.
You can then apply for our study programmes between 15 May and 15 July
Further information will follow at the beginning of January.

Save the Date: UniTalk for those interested in German-language programmes
There will be a UniTalk in German on 4 February at 6.00 p.m. This is aimed at those interested in studying in German and who have German or EU/EEA citizenship. The event will take place via Zoom. Further information will follow at the beginning of January. 

The team members advise you on topics such as focusing on goals and profile development in your studies, choice of study focus, part-time studies, study planning or planning of your Bachelor dissertation, change of study programme or minor subject and interruption or discontinuation of studies in face-to-face meetings. 

Open counselling hours are available without prior registration and currently takes place digitally via ZOOM.

We will take the necessary time for each of your concerns.

Please allow between 10 and 20 minutes for an interview - and any waiting time.
If the number of visits is very high, it is possible that we will not be able to advise you that day.
